What we provide

This page is the official technical support page for Peekr and is used as the Support URL in App Store Connect.

Peekr is a simulated poker table app. It does not offer real-money betting, cash rewards, or withdrawals.

Multiplayer and PIN

If nearby tables cannot be found, remote PIN join fails, or reconnection does not work after disconnection, please include the device model, system version, and time of the issue.

Purchases and restore

If a Peekr Pro purchase or restore purchase does not take effect, please include your Apple ID region, purchase time, and current App version.

Privacy and data

To access, correct, or delete remote data that we control, please include your nickname and a description of the issue in your email.
